FEFSI ELECTED NEW BODY - 2017
Popular producer-director R.K. Selvamani has been elected as the new president of the Film Employees’ Federation of South India (FEFSI). Election to elect new office-bearers of FEFSI was held on 22-02-2017. After the counting of votes, it was announced that R.K. Selvamani had been elected as FEFSI’s new president while A. Shanmugam and Swaminathan from the opposite camp have been elected as general secretary and treasurer (respectively). Raja, Sabari Gireeshan, Ramanababu, Dhanapal and Senthilkumar would be the new set of joint secretaries while Chandran, Sripriya, Shobi Paulraj, Arasakumar (‘Anal’ Arasu) and Sridhar would be the new vice-presidents. The new set of office-bearers would be taking over at a grand ceremony to be held at the premises of R.K.V. Studios this evening.
